Today is my wedding day. To celebrate I made a malted Red rye, chocolate malt and Belgian Honey Wheat and today I put it in the cask. We'll open her up for our 1 year anniversary. It's only a gallon cask. I added extra toasted Valley Oak for the added vanilla notes. Brand new cask with a #5 char.
