This was a move that had been in the works for the last year or so, but Diageo officially announced this morning that Sir Ivan Menezes is retiring as CEO. He'll be replaced by Debra Crew, who joined the company as Diageo North America CEO last year with the expectation that she'd take over the top spot at some point.
