Making more of the ginger simple syrup that @Mark was asking about. Ran out a couple weeks ago but knew I was going to be traveling so I figured I’d wait to make a new batch once I got home. Currently the ginger is simmering in the newly made simple syrup. 2:1 ratio of sugar to water. I always make a rich simple syrup because it will keep longer.
