I call my personal Manhattan a Jack McCoy. 2oz Rye (I usually have Bulleit on hand for mixing, sometimes Dancing Goat Limousin Rye) 1oz sweet vermouth (usually Carpano Antica for me) 1/4oz Maraschino Dashes Angosturra bitters 6 drops 1:10 saline solution Stir, pour over ice, spray a mister of bitters over the top, garnish with cocktail cherries. Jack McCoy because my recipe leans slightly toward a Brooklyn, and the neighborhood at the Manhattan base of the Brooklyn Bridge includes City Hall.
