Sorry to hijack the stream with announcements of my birthday…but it’s my 55th so it’s a bit of a milestone. My wife @MThomas made it extra special. “Tis a kingly gift!” The Buunahabhain 12 Cask Strength 2025 Edition! I’ve toyed back-and-forth about purchasing the CS 12 since hearing rave reviews of the 2023 edition. I’m here to say that from my taste, I am not missing out with the 2025. Bunnahabhain hold a special place for me because the regular 12-year-old was the first whisky I ever researched before buying. I had Oban 14 at a party, and the journey began. My wife.had a Dalwhinnie 15 at home.. Then we bought your typical starters…Glenmorangie 10, Macallan 12, a Speyburn 10 grocery store special. Bunna hit me like nothing ever experienced before. I’m so glad I did my research then. Happy as a clam now, although the cask strength is kicking me in the backside a little. Let’s all thank our wonderful online resources like Ralfy, Roy Duff, @Mark and others for helping us stay informed and giving our journey some direction. Can’t wait until tomorrow so I can have another glass🤣
