Kicking off my birthday just a touch early with a new bottle of Whiskey Acres new 4 grain bourbon. Dang that’s tasty! I’m biased as an Illinoisan and have been to the farm distillery numerous times. I’ll just say they are doing good work in DeKalb Illinois. To my tastes…they developed a signature flavor profile with what seems to be a bread-y note on all their bourbons and ryes. This new one is a great way to start a birthday.
