I picked up this bottle in Prague 7yrs ago but had never opened it. About 6 weeks ago, late into an evening of sipping whisky, I opened it and shared with my wife and brother and sister in law. I remembered saying that I liked it but have zero recollection on what it tasted like so I’m trying it again tonight for the first time (again). It is very aromatic. It’s been sitting now for about 10mins and I can smell it pretty good. The nose is very herbal. The taste is unique to say the least. Slightly medicinal, with a bit of honey and almost like a sponge cake like taste. I’m not quite sure what to make of it, sipping it sober. Has anyone else had this?
