With the Nor’easter keeping me indoors today, I’m working on some new cocktails. This is the Chimney Sweep cocktail. Rye, sweet vermouth, Cynar, peaty scotch and chocolate bitters. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry. This one is quite nice!
