My twist on a “Leprechaun” 45ml Jura 12YO Sherry Cask Finish (an Asia exclusive bottling) 90ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic 10ml Lemon Juice A wedge of Lemon added in. A big block of ice in a “rock” glass. Really enjoy this. 😍 Note: Traditionally, the Leprechaun uses Jameson but I find the use of a sherried whisky gives the resultant cocktail better complexity and balance.
