Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam is saturated with cocktail bars. Few though, make a Boulevadier as good as what I had at DRINKING & HEALING. Their recipe for Boulevardier: Evan Wiliams White Bottled In Bond, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth, Campari If anyone is in Saigon, I can certainly recommend this bar for a few good whisky based cocktails.
