For a warm Texas summer evening, it’s hard to beat a Pokeno New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc single cask whisky. They are doing some really creative stuff in Aotearoa. Thanks to the guys at Whisky Galore in Christchurch for this wonderful and very rare find!
