While wandering around the interwebs, I stumbled across this presumably new offering in the Wiser's lineup. Anyone tried this expression or heard of aging whiskey in/on hickory? Perhaps it's a Canadian whiskey thing that barrel construction isn't set in stone so they can experiment a bit more? Still very green to this world so any info is appreciated
