Downright tragic news out of Louisville. Moonshine U helped launch so many wonderful distilleries! I took several courses there myself and the amount of knowledge they convey was almost overwhelming. Wishing everyone there the best in their transitions. Thankfully it sounds like Stave and Thief Society will continue on.
