Relaxed Sunday night in Bangkok at SPECTRUM, the rooftop bar at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit. When in Thailand… you gotta drink Thailand’s first international grade single malt, Prakaan. Having a Prakaan Peated Malt (they also have Select Cask - ex-Bourbon and Double Cask, ex-Bourbon with an ex-Sherry finish. Prakaan is produced by Thai Bev who happen to own Inver House Distillers Ltd (Old Pulteney, Balblair, Speyburn & Knockdhu (anCnoc) as well as Balmenach). I do really enjoy this expression.
