We are having a minor heatwave here in Ireland this week. It's a balmy 20° Celsius which is around 70 of your North American degrees. I'm enjoying a Teeling World of Wood, fourth edition. It's exquisite. Full-on, heavy on the wood, plenty of spice, 50% abv. Happy Friday.
