Had a good friend open this 30 YO Edradour and to everyone’s horror, it was terrible, tasted like dish soap. He reached out to the distillery and they suggested this is the first time they heard of something like this. @Mark (or anyone else). Do you have any suggestions on how or who to deal with something like this. The person is an Edradour fan and this was a pricey bottle. Response to date feels like sorry, not sorry.
