2025 Lost Lantern 10 year old single cask (cast #18 Triple Eight Distillery). 62.1%, $159.99 Nose: Earthy, faint polish Taste: Honey, soy sauce/salt, hint of oak/tannin/bitterness Finish: Soft entry and swelling spiciness mid palate. Spice is toned down when diluted. This bottle needed some time to open up. A solid addition to the growing American Single Malt space. Happy Friday!
