Part 3 of the Celtic Whiskey Shop trilogy: Bushmills The Causeway Collection Celtic Whiskey Shop Exclusive 2011 vintage; aged 12 years in first fill oloroso cask; 53.4%, unchill filtered, no mention about coloring on the label or the tube, cask strength. Product info lacking compared to the other bottles reviewed: https://www.celticwhiskeyshop.com/bushmills-causeway-collection-celtic-whiskey-shop Nose: Raisins, toasted almonds?, apricots, hint of vanilla Taste: Raisins, vanilla, milk chocolate Finish: Mouth coating, becomes waxy with a bit of water, light spice, soft Of the three bottles, this one was the most challenging for me to delineate the smells and tastes; I really had to be intentional when I was nosing and tasting. And because of that, this was my favorite of the three; I appreciated the subtleties more than the others. But all three are great in my humble opinion. Slainte everyone!
