I recently curated and hosted a whisky and food pairing dinner with northern Indian food. It’s really quite a challenge pairing with Indian food so I was careful to select some dishes with a lighter flavour profile General feedback from those attending was that the dishes paired really well together so am attaching the menu in case anyone wants to try. The BenRiach 15YO Sauternes Finish was a long ago release but you can probably swap that with another white wine finished single malt. For the dessert, my “surprise” pairing is to top the “kulfi” with some Kahlua/Tia Maria and roughly crushed pistachios. Enjoy! 😊
