Another lovely wee dram from last night… Amrut Portonova On the nose, I get loads of liquorice and, not surprisingly, Port. If you have any understanding of Cantonese, it also smells of “tit tar chow” (a Chinese Traditional Medicine herbal liniment oil). Upon tasting, this has notes of liquorice, grape (Port wine), palm sugar and…. Brandy! Quite a delicious and voluptuous dram. I like this! Has good length in its finish. The fruity/grapey taste lingers. #whiskydev #whisky #amrut #singlemalt
