Anyone else hoping for a snow-in? Mid-Atlantic and northeast US preparing for snow so good reason for a smoky drink. I started with modified Improved Blood and Sand 1-1/4oz blended scotch (i use either Monkey Shoulder or JW Double Black) 3/4 oz Cherry Heering 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth 3/4 oz Fresh Orange Juice 1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice 1/4 oz simple syrup Orange peel for garnish Added in 1/4 oz of Laphroaig to amp up the smoke this time.
