Tonight’s Olympic dram is the new Stoll & Wolfe 100% Pure Rye, distilled from a mash bill of 80% Rosen heirloom rye and 20% malted rye. It’s a single barrel release bottled at 53.5% ABV, and has great notes of baking spices on the palate!
