This bottle was the favorite of the night this past weekend! The 8/10 score probably isn’t too surprising. (My scores are on a true 0-10 scale so 8/10 means it is better than over 80% of other whiskies IMHO.) But the 7/10 may be surprising. With whisky prices falling my buddy was able to pick up a bottle recently for $130. For an 8/10 whisky, $130 is a decent value on my scale.
