Recent interview with Chip Tate made me remember this question I had for this group. For those who have bought a recent bottle of Balcones - and recent is in the last 3 years - do you get any sulphur notes? I have noticed since they moved and started distilling in the new location, I get a sulphur note in almost every bottle I try. Wondering if it is just my luck on the bottles or if others have noticed any change since they moved to the new location?
