Last night, I did a bourbon tasting on a Disney Cruise Line ship. For someone with extremely limited experience with bourbon, it was a revelation. We started off with a Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned and then tried the Four Roses Single Barrel, the Old Forester 1910, the Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style, and the Angel's Envy Port Finish. My favorite, by far, was the 1910. Great experience.
