For awhile now I've been appreciating the few whiskies from the Daftmill Distillery that I've had a chance to try, and after I had the incredible opportunity to visit the distillery last month, it reinforced for me what an amazing product is coming out of such a small distillery. I opened one of their releases from earlier this year and had a few thoughts. Cloves marinated in honey. Sherry cough syrup. And Bazooka Joe bubble gum.
