The Manifesto for Danish Whisky looks remarkable. Those distilleries seem to have learned from different whisky-making traditions, overcome local challenges, kept their commitment, and even inspired their Nordic counterparts, wisely focusing on working together. I look forward to having an opportunity to taste their whiskies at some point. Skål!
