Trying something simple but different for me. Some fresh squeezed lime with whiskey on ice. First made it with a 18 year old Aberfeldy and it was good but not as good as an old fashioned with that whisky. Next up was a ninety proof 5 year Canadian rye. This worked much better as this is a super sweet whisky to begin with.
