@Mark enjoyed the interview with Tom Mooney. Was happy to hear that Westward seems to have a good path to recovery. On the topic of bankruptcy— any insight on whether Uncle Nearest is planning a second bankruptcy filing? I knew they were selling off some non-whiskey assets in France and New England but indications were that the outlook for coming out of the March bankruptcy as viable was good. Surprised when I heard today there was reporting of a second bankruptcy filing this month. Is it not going as well as we heard under the receivership?
