Recently opened this Ardmore Traditional Cask that I've had stored for the last 17 years. Yes, that price tag is what I paid back then. This one is reminiscent of Laphroaig Quarter Cask. Sweet peat and wet earth on the nose and sweet peat, some spice, and oak dryness on the palate. Oh, and yes, the cork crumbled and I had to delicately remove it with a cork screw.
