Some great Australian whiskies out there, I was over the moon to win this tasting pack from Banter Over whisky podcast. The Bellarine samples are all delicious, the Black Sheep and the Batch 3 Red Wine Bourbon Barrel are both complex, giving some sensational flavour notes. Still to sample the new make, but looking forward to finding the distillery foundation.
