@hrc myself and our wives are in South Carolina for our anniversaries/vacation. Had to stop at High Wire Distilling and try the Wheated Jimmy Red Bourbon. We really enjoyed it! Also got taken back to the stills and got to try the new make. Was amazed that at 150 proof, it was extremely smooth!
