Ending our two weeks in Scotland with a wee tasting at an Edinburgh pub: Torabhaig Sound of Sleat before dinner, and Ardbeg Corryvreckan for dessert. The Skye dram was new to me, an excellent Highland style, and the Ardbeg is my personal favorite regular-issue bottling from Islay. A lovely end to the vacation.
