Hi Mark, Great podcast as usual and was able ti enjoy it on my bike into work this morning. Did I hear correctly that 5/3 Bank valued Stoli Group’s 35,000 barrels of whiskey at $20,000,000? If we assume 250 bottles from each barrel then the math works out to 8.75M bottles of Kentucky Owl at $2.25 per bottle. Did I miss something? While that price is great news for the consumers, it’s the worst news I’ve heard yet for the future of the whiskey industry.
