Some absolutely amazing whiskies tonight, thanks to The Whisky Jury IB and having the VT organised by The Whisky List. 1997 Deanston 25yo 2011 Dailuaine 12yo 1990 Secret Speyside 33yo (Family Cask) 1996 Ben Nevis 26yo 2009 Caol Ila 13yo 1989 Islay 34yo (Betty Williamson) All of these were so great and some of the usual characteristics from a distillery were not there, but had their own unique qualities.
