We had a sudden weather shift here in Chicago today! It was 90s all week and just dropped to a pleasantly windy 68°. I think of this one as more of a winter dram…but it felt right tonight. Gorgeous juicy sherry notes. This one was actually a gift to my wife so I have to drink sparingly! Tobermory 17 Oloroso Sherry Cask aged bottle at 55.9%. Bold for sure, but it still has some nuance that keeps it out of SHERRY BOMB territory.
