Tried a cocktail recipe I saw in Whisky Advocate this month, Limoncello New York Sour. 2 oz Rye 1 oz Limoncello 1/2 oz lemon juice 1/4 oz simple syrup 3 dashes Fee Foam (can’t do raw egg whites) Shake w/ ice and strain into a rocks glass. I skipped the dry red wine float, as I didn’t want to open a bottle of wine for a small amount to float on top. Overall I thought this was a good recipe. I would definitely make it again.
