Finally got around to opening this bottle. A very nice dram and I'm looking forward to picking up some of their other releases down the road. One of the most interesting aspects of this Distillery is they have two lower cost entry points with a rye whisky and a Canadian whisky both coming in at $35-$45 Canadian. This is rare for the craft industry in Canada. Like many other craft distilleries in Canada they also offer Gin, Vodka, and pre-made cocktails. They also have plenty of similarities to Waterford on their approach regarding terroir. https://eauclairedistillery.ca/pages/who-we-are Eau Claire Distillery 7 year single malt 48% ABV No colour/non-chill filtered 100% Alberta barley 5000 bottles release.
