Getting together with my Brother and Sister-in-Law for a quick pre Christmas visit. Had a few drams: The Balvenie was really nice! Too bad it’s a travel exclusive. The SMWS - SALUTE THE BOSS was very nice as well. Finished in a 1st Fill Ex-bodega Oloroso Butt. The Elements of Islay has that peat smoke I love with the sweetness from the sherry casks to round things out. Great way to relax after hours in the car!
