Lockwood Distilling flight From the left - Straight Bourbon, Rye, Single Barrel, Bourbon Cream. The straight had a better taste (to me) than the single. The rye was sweet until we cracked it (and then the sulphur notes popped). The Bourbon Cream was a good finisher (extra sweet. A good mixer). They have a wheated Bourbon and the sulphur notes came through more than the other bourbons on that one. Both the straight and single barrel went well with a chocolate chip cookie ;).
