Hey everyone! I'm from Niagara, Ontario, Canada and a professor of distilling at Niagara College. I'm a doctoral student at Heriot Watt and for research purposes I'm about to go on my first trip on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. I have all my visits booked but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for places to buy bourbon, eat drink etc. any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Cheers! 🥃🥃🥃
