Have you taken any courses in whisky or spirits? I have a confession to make… I‘m branching out beyond whisky. After focusing on whisky for 15+ years I signed up for a course through the Council of Whisky Masters to earn a Certified Spirits Judge certification. Yesterday I passed the theory portion and now I am on to the blind tasting of three different spirits. Time to start practicing!
