So, just found out I passed the Council of Whiskey Masters Certified Bourbon Professional designation test! No, I don’t work in the industry, At least not until retirement from my day job, but this was a really good learning opportunity. Learning about mash bills and fermentation is actually useful at the liquor store. Now, time for 🥃 😁
