Mark, I just listened to your interview with Andy Nelson from Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery where he talked about enjoying having access to a wider variety of whiskies to broaden his “spice rack” or “palate”. Thinking back to a different time and a different country, your conversation with Andy reminded me of a small grocer in Kilmarnock that loved to play with blending sourced whisky.
