Welcoming the weekend sunset with a Manhattan. I usually keep Bulleit Rye in my rye decanter, but I just switched to Knob Creek Rye for a change. My last Manhattan with Knob was a bit too dry, dusty with a harsh note. So for tonight’s I added 1/4 oz of maraschino liqueur. This mix is a tad too sweet. Still quite good, but far from perfect.
