I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the level of knowledge of Irish distilleries. The enclosed poll had 11 responses (including mine) and 8 of the 11 responses could name 5 or more distilleries (in addition to the big 4). I have enclosed a list of Irish distilleries that I compiled back in January 2023 along with the sources of info. Click the right arrow to see the list. Mark, it might make sense to get someone from Ireland on to talk about some of the emerging distilleries. Barry Chandler from Stories and Sips would be interesting.
