Trying something new (for me at least). Started to make my own bitters. I’m about a week in at this point and it will take at least 3+ weeks to finish but this is how things looked at the beginning. This is orange saffron bitters. The bittering agent is on the left and the flavoring one is on the right. Hope they turn out, saffron is not cheap! 😉
