New member here, originally from N Ireland now in California. I’m spending some time in Humboldt County (far north Calif) and interested to discover a local distilling scene here. I’m enjoying a bottle of Redwood Rye from Humboldt Craft Spirits. There is another distillery called Humboldt Distillery in nearby Fortuna; have not tried them yet. Then there is Alchemy in Arcata, also not tried yet. These three are all small craft operations, within about 20 miles of each other.
