Ok, so this is not a whiskey, it’s a spirit made by fermenting the sugars in honey. I found this place walking around in Kona and thought I would check it out. It is the definition of a micro-distillery, the whole operation is in a space lass than 750 sq ft! The spirit is smooth and mellow with notes of mint, now how to get some back on the plane to Chicago?! They also make rum and vodka.
