Hi Gang! Thank you to everyone for keeping the convo going — Mark is traveling and I am working on two major projects simultaneously. To everyone in Canada I don’t know how you’re doing it. After two days of smoke from the fires in Quebec, I am coughing and having problems breathing. Last night I poured a dram, which I typically find a little on the sweeter side, and all I could taste is smoke. That left me wondering if the smoke might have an impact on the flavor of whisky whose bottles were not sealed tightly?
